Description
NAC or N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine is an antioxidant with numerous potential health benefits – most notably the ability to support immune health. It is the supplemented form of cysteine, a semi-essential amino acid that we must consume through our diet. NAC is required to help make glutathione, one of our bodies most important antioxidants which helps to support the immune system.
Health First NAC offers 500mg of the supplemented form of this powerful antioxidant. Supplemented NAC is traditionally sourced from duck feathers, however Health First NAC is a completely vegan formula sourced from non-GMO corn. And, it's gluten free, making it the ideal choice for vegans, vegetarians and those with gluten sensitivities!
